Notes

*1 - Higher loadings may be used where appropriate.
(ii) Loading figures quoted assume that waste from chemical toilets is not entering the system.
(iii) Where there are on site laundries, care must be taken to measure the laundry flows to ensure no inhibition of the treatment system.
(iv) On catering establishments adequately sized grease interceptors must always be installed.
(v) On older drainage/sewerage systems allowances should be made for infiltration and where possible removal of surface/storm water.
